We may have a replacement unit in stock. If so, we can quote and ship at your direction.
It is likely that you will want your specific unit inspected, rebuilt, and returned (R&R) service. If so, send us the unit, and include a check for $25.00. This will cover initial inspection, discussion, and return freight.
Upon receipt, we will inspect and diagnose your unit, and contact you with an estimate. After discussion, we will commit to a total fixed cost for the job. With your approval we will proceed. The initial fee will be applied to the total cost.
Upon completion of the work, we will return your unit via UPS COD, or whatever other shipping and remittance method you may specify.
